Sophie helped Matt, find the best spot for him to propose! She is so insanely gifted at what she does, she created a moment in our lives where we weren’t overwhelmed, but she helped us embrace the moment. On our wedding day, Sophie flew over to Wellington for our day and rolled with the sudden change of venue overnight! She handled our changes, our locations and our bridal party so well.

Sophie is a photographer who is truly able to preserve the elusive allure and magic which coats special events and seasons. Looking back at our wedding through her work is like seeing it for the first time.
I remember thinking that the house where the bridal team was getting ready was in fact VERY unfurnished and plain, but in Sophie's photos it looked so romantic and warm. We're always the most critical of the photos which feature ourselves, but Sophie's photography was like looking at photos of somebody else's wedding - does that make sense? In her photos I was able to see how beautiful I really was, how lovely our venue really looked - all the things that a bride becomes overly critical of before the end! Seeing our photos restored in my memory the magic and brilliance of our day - and that is so precious.

The easiest shoot I have ever had, we were nervous having two hungry tired children at sundown. But all went off without a hitch thanks to Sophie! Our prints are dreamy and we love that our children and grandchildren will be able to look over them in years to come! Thank you Sophie!
